Baby Steps

not much to say here, ill try and outline what I'm doing & how I'm doing it.

got an old p4 with 19" nec crt monitor, 80 gig hdd, and decent video card.
this will be the brains of the mame machine.

i was able to "obtain" MAMEui32 & matching rom set.
Ive also downloaded MaLa for the front end.

Ive backed up all my data, mostly about 20gigs of music & plan to format the pc & begin the installation of MAME.
